The Club has a healthy membership of about 300 of all ages and abilities. New
members are always welcome. Our main purpose is to provide a facility for
people who wish only to enjoy their sport.
If you haven't played before or it is some time since you last played or you would
just like to give it a try then you are very welcome.
Professional tennis coaching is available for all ages and abilities and a number
of club members are registered bowling coaches.
We are not involved in tennis or bowling leagues but do have friendly bowling matches
with neighbouring clubs.
We run our own internal competitions for those who wish to enter. Social events
are held regularly such as Barbecues, Strawberry Sundays, Family Fun days etc.
The beautiful grounds and gardens of the club are largely hidden behind a high wall
and non-playing membership is offered to those who only wish to sit and enjoy the
setting.
